Richard D. Lyons
Richard D. Lyons manages a diverse litigation practice. He has represented numerous commercial and residential real estate developers, small businesses, partnerships and individuals. Richard's cases have encompassed a variety of commercial and civil torts, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, trespass, product liability, negligent hiring and retention, and negligence.
Richard has litigated numerous catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, winning many millions of dollars for his clients by settlement and jury verdict. Many of his clients' injuries were caused by medical malpractice. Richard has successfully proven negligent hospital management, failure to diagnose and treat curable conditions, failure to diagnose and treat post-surgical complications, surgical error, and the performance of unnecessary surgery. Some of the areas of medicine in Richard's medical malpractice cases include neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, labor and delivery, cardiology, cancer and family practice.
Richard also represents individuals in family law matters. He has helped his clients protect their interests and those of their children in all forms of family law disputes, including divorce, child custody and visitation, protective orders, complex property valuation and division, paternity disputes and guardianships.

About Richard
Richard is an Arizona native. His wife, Darlene, is a public school science teacher. They spend their free time hiking, camping, fishing, gardening, scuba diving, and taking care of their many pets.
